@British_Airways really disappointed that our 13.30 flight to from Heathrow to Geneva was cancelled. Excuse given was IT outage. Somewhat surprising given how few flights seem to have been cancelled! Poor communication from BA again!

@SouthernRailUK being told that train can’t leave London Bridge as relief driver not turned up yet due to being in cab from three rivers and stuck in traffic. Is this a joke?!! How on earth do you credibly (or as not as the case would be not) run your business. What a disgrace!

@Hermesparcels I sent a package on Monday that should have been delivered by now. Tracking no is C00HHA0094110848. This is totally unacceptable. Firstly I want to know why and when it will be delivered and secondly I would like compensation and postage costs refunded.

@SouthernRailUK 7.20 from Oxted to London Bridge cancelled and only 4 coaches on late 06.19 train from Oxted so train busy!! Not acceptable especially in curent times!
