@MASUK2020 Hi there! At the moment we are in the process of transferring any accounts over to Eon Next, who have been appointed as the Suppliers of Last Resort (SoLR). Once this process is complete, any credit will be refunded back to you. I can confirm your credit is protected.

@ernmander Hi there - The supplier of last resort process is set out by OFGEM, so the best thing to do if you do not want to be with them, is to wait until the switch to them is completed, then approach your supplier of choice to take you on. I hope this helps, thanks again, Pete
