Just gave my ChatGPT Figma access and asked it to make App Store screenshots, because I have no time and too lazy to do it myself
Ofc the copy is still very sloppy and I’ll have to rewrite it myself, but it did a pretty decent jun-level job I think
And all of this took ~30 mins
Asked it to add captions, and it resized everything, placed them, and cropped the screenshots properly. Yes, it's sloppy if you look closely, but still cute and does the job
Feels like another 20–30 min of prompting and this could actually go to prod
Spent last 2 weeks completely rethinking what is and how Combra should work.
After trying a bunch of different approaches and talking to people, it finally feels like a real product.
It’s becoming both a second brain for your company and what file storage should probably be like in 2026.
Also experimenting with Material 3 along the way :3
My take on AI adoption
If you can’t name 5 models beyond GPT, Claude, or Grok
If terms like harnesses, loops, hooks, and sub-agents look new to you
And if your biggest AI problem is figuring out which $20 subscription hits limits first…
Your AI adoption is zero. And no wonder you think AI is bullshit.
My weekly Claude limit ran out earlier than usual this week, so I switched to Codex. And it's so horrible!
Yes, I pay $100 for it vs $200 for Claude, but I've already hit 3 resets in 5 hours and still got less done than I normally get from a single Claude session.
And the difference in usage is pretty wild. The same workload that used around 3-5% of my weekly Claude Opus + Fable limit, with Codex, switching between Terra and Sol, burned almost 80% of the weekly limit. And usage isn't even the main issue.
Maybe Codex is fine for small and isolated tasks, but with real systems it quickly loses the bigger picture. You have to explain every dependency and corner case, but even in this case there are bugs and anti-patterns.
While with Claude I can ship entire features in one planning-session, in some cases even without reviewing it.
Can't wait for Wednesday evening and Claude limit reset 🙏
AWS reached out and offered credits through their startup program. We agreed to try it and booked another call, but 2 hours before it, they canceled because… we weren’t using AWS
Wtf was that lol
On our first call, we told them our current server count and situation, of course
Just had another VC meeting. Last time, the focus was mostly on our team. Today, they went straight for the product's weak spots. Not sure we nailed every answer, but I left with better questions and a clearer idea of what to do next. Learning at every step, what a life!
How you should live
- giant glass windows to get sunlight
- AC to cool to perfect temperatures
- healthy meats, vegetables and fruits (whole foods)
- work in your own optimal space
- exercise as your medication
Building Combra — a company brain for teams. Rn it answers from your own sources in places where your team works, with a citation on every answer, and remembers the decisions your team made and why.
But we’re aiming further: knowledge that doesn’t wait to be asked and surfaces the right context on its own, and that gives your agents a real understanding of how your company runs.
We’re in closed beta, partly live, access one-by-one for now. Looking for design partners, early customers, and raising for compute. DMs are open if you’re interested!

I’ve been too busy to tweet for the past few days, but quick checkpoint:
Just had our first VC call while we still only have a demo. Polishing the deck tonight, with a couple more fund calls and AWS coming up soon
Starting to feel like a real founder lol
Give AI an algorithmic problem and it feels like magic. Ask it to reproduce a simple UI, even with a design system, and suddenly it’s like it has never seen a website before. Vibe coding is good at exactly the wrong part of software development :c
