NCLT took 7.4 years to realise that the bidder in Adel ERA insolvency is a loss-making company, zero employee and fake projects.

Shockingly - NCLAT has asked NCLT to recheck whether this company is even capable of executing a ₹3000 Cr project.

This is nothing but open LOOT.
