In Nvidia app settings, go to the game, turn the Smooth Motion ON and the Vsync ON, DO NOT turn the vsync ON inside the game.

In the game, Turn the Nvidia DLSS on Quality and put all the settings on High or Ultra.

Low latency: Ultra
Vsync: On or cap the frames below your monitor Hz.

@videotech Yes indeed,Why? I will say how important the 50 series is. For example, 4090 can run heavy game with extreme settings with frame generation X2 on 140fps let's say, but 5070 ti can run the same game same settings on 300fps! How? Cuz 50 series has X4 Frame generation,
