Most people carry a heavy suitcase without a handle for years.
Inside anxiety that keeps you from falling asleep.
Fear that makes you stay silent in important meetings.
Blocks that prevent you from breaking through your financial ceiling, building healthy relationships, or finally feeling desired and truly confident.
It’s a shame to throw it away.
It’s unbearable to keep carrying it.
I help you put that suitcase down - usually in just 5-6 sessions.
I’m Igor Bark.
CBT Psychologist and Certified EMDR Specialist.
EMDR quickly and precisely switches off the physiological fear and traumatic charge many people feel relief already after the first session.
CBT rebuilds your inner dialogue and behavior.
And working with rhetoric and charisma turns you into someone people listen to and are drawn to.
When the constant inner tension disappears money, relationships, self-worth, and the simple feeling of “I’m finally living, not just surviving” start to resolve unexpectedly.
Anxiety, burnout, panic attacks, self-esteem issues, loneliness, sexual insecurity, fear of public speaking or important conversations all of it comes from the same suitcase.
Results are noticeable quickly.
We work confidentially and to the point.
If you’re tired of carrying this alone and want to finally live lighter, speak with confidence, and truly realize your potential - write to me in DM.
I’m Igor Bark.
Everything will fold into place.
I guarantee it.
You may already know this, but I will share it nonetheless: a great many people are thrown not merely into a state of stupor, but into sheer horror, when they discover that they must make a decision a decision carrying with it a chain of consequences. Consequences they may find unappealing, or worse still, entirely beyond their control;
yet, one way or another, it is something that simply must be done;

◽️ Another funny dilemma:
◽️ My client came to me with a request about self-realization.
◽️ A very popular topic people often feel like they’re not on the right path, especially without a proper level of wins.
◽️ On his part, the decision was made to stop “working for uncle” and he decided to start his own project.
◽️ The result of this choice caused a sharp drop in the monetary rate of his offer and his income fell, but the guy started doing his own thing (or what he considered as such).
◽️ This decision instantly triggered a negative opinion from former colleagues, friends and family. Misunderstanding, and as a consequence - rejection.
◽️ “You’re doing something stupid...”, “...go find a job...”, “stop floating around looking for yourself...” and other moralizing slogans from the depths of the collective unconscious were thrown at him.
◽️ You may not believe it, but it got to the point of conflicts, and it almost turned into a fight, and this was with friends.
◽️ But I recommended that he evaluate everything honestly and cleanly, as it really is, not as it is perceived by others:
◽️ It turned out that he works for himself, he has a job, and he has income. It’s not big not because there is no work, but because he doesn’t have that many orders on freelance yet (he’s not that widely advertised). He has some kind of house that he rents himself.
◽️ Meanwhile, his friends are completely dependent on another person who can fire them with a snap of the fingers, and in the current economic situation in the country that’s the easiest thing in the world.
◽️ Moreover, all their property, movable and immovable: cars and housing for the most part, is inheritance received from deceased ancestors. Or bought with money from that inheritance.
◽️ Comparing these two pictures, we see that the guy is a “steppe wolf” who broke away from the pack, didn’t lose his fangs or his grip, and perfectly owns his own resource and his own achievements.
◽️ And what do you think is the young man right, or should he listen to the traditions of public opinion?
◽️ Write in the comments;
@emonuxui Absolutely. However, life is built upon definitive decisions; mental flexibility isn't about a little bit here and a little bit there. It is the ability to change your decision, but specifically a decision that you had chosen clearly and firmly;

◽️ Question not for a million, but significantly less, if you want:
◽️ My friend decided to buy housing, but his budget... Hmm, to put it delicately, is very modest.
◽️ That’s why the only thing he found was not the best little house on the outskirts of the city, without many conveniences.
◽️ As an alternative, I suggested he buy bonds or other securities with the money, and instead of “his own shed” just rent a place.
◽️ With his funds it turns out you can cover the rent for 8 years ahead. Renting a wonderful house with all the conveniences and comfort, even a loft in the very center.
◽️ And if he wants, he can move to another place in a short time. But my advice as a lawyer and a friend went unheard. The budget was spent on “his own shed”.
(By the way, this is exactly why I stopped giving free advice they don’t listen to them).
◽️ I’m interested in your opinion, friends, what do you think is the most optimal solution with real estate if the budget is very modest - write in the comments and put your priority in the poll below:
▫️ Buying a small secondary-market house, far from comfort, but at least your own
or
▫️ renting a normal comfortable house (apartment)?
Nostalgia is a cognitive distortion and, moreover, a mental deviation.
A healthy human consciousness must accept that the world will never be different again.
AI has taken its rightful full place in it, and we will either adapt to it and control neural networks, or we will remain with an outdated (though natural) brain at the level of the 19th century.
By the way, such people are not to be pitied if Skynet starts purging them.
This is my opinion. It might be a bit harsh;
@Kanakeye That’s exactly why any state fights against people who strive to gain autonomy and independence from institutions, banks, and all that other bondage;
@javier_otieno1 He’s not yet a warrior, but one can definitely say he’s a free man. In that sense - yes, he thinks for himself, which is already a good thing, and he’s not afraid to make decisions and take full responsibility for them;
Night, street, lantern, pharmacy,
a meaningless and dim-lit glow.
Live on another twenty-five years:
it all stays just the same.
No escape, no out.
You’ll die - then start again from scratch,
and everything will circle back as ever:
night, icy ripple of the canal,
pharmacy, street, lantern;
@javier_otieno1 As a psychologist and mentor, I fully understand the importance of communication.
Everything in my work revolves around building a trusting alliance and exchanging words and opinions;
The very desire to cry a little isn’t a bad thing at all especially for women.
It’s only human to show emotions.
As for the heaviness that builds up inside, it doesn’t mean something is inherently good or bad.
First and foremost, it simply reveals how a person perceives the world and how much they carry through themselves and their life;
@gotitright_1st It's sad, and even sadder, that the trade union didn't make any effort to help the woman in this matter through bonuses and other support;
Apart from whether you like it or not, a person needs to understand that processes are a natural flow in life including the life of their own business.
And if they want to sustain life and their vital resources, they must engage with these processes with genuine interest and enthusiasm;
This is related to the Zeigarnik effect or control over attention.
A Russian psychologist uncovered the secret of long-term memory by observing waiters who remembered orders and menus perfectly-right up until the moment they were “closed.”
As soon as the client paid, the menu changed, or the restaurant (café) shut down, everything was instantly erased from memory because the “game algorithms” the actions,became irrelevant.
That’s exactly what I mean when I talk about preserving information during active actions;
Yes, this is a classic pattern of human behavior in social psychology, built on the suppression of individuality.
The fact is that the individual is disliked by the majority because they make decisions in their own interests, not the interests of the majority, which, yes, provokes aggression;
