unpopular opinion:
I just can't stand posts like:
“As a programmer, how much RAM is enough for you?”
“Name a CEO with zero haters I’ll go first”
“Be honest, which laptop actually gives you the best coding experience? MacBook or gaming laptop”
and others
I only recently started using X, and these posts keep popping up in my recommendations. Usually, people just copy and paste the same headlines and, at most, change the images
and the worst part is that these get more views and likes than genuinely useful or important posts that could actually improve or change your life

The U.S. government’s ban on access to Claude Fable 5 is really bad. soon they’ll actually be debating who is or isn’t worthy of the most powerful models.
But what about cybersecurity issues?
I think that’s a lie. anyone can download the abliterated/uncensored versions of DeepSeek v4 or Kimi K2.7, and easily write a malware and find issues wherever they exist. Obviously, you’d need a lot of RAM and several graphics cards to run the model locally, but hackers have the money for that anyway.
