Uma das perguntas que mais escuto em sala de aula quando palestro sobre antissemitismo, é porque o mundo, os civis e as pessoas comuns se calaram e ficaram indiferentes quando judeus eram caçados e levados pelos nazista a campos de extermínio. Essa pergunta não tem uma resposta exata. Hoje, vemos o mesmo silêncio. Em Israel, pessoas falam de um “pequeno holocausto”. Exatamente esse nome. Civis israelenses foram queimados vivos, fuzilados em casa, degolados. Mulheres, crianças, idosos. Famílias inteiras se foram. Pessoas que se esconderam nos mais diversos lugares contam que as memórias da Polônia e Alemanha dos seus avós vieram à tona. Terroristas do Hamas entraram para matar o máximo número de judeus possível. O silêncio de cada um de vocês, independentemente da sua opinião sobre Israel e o conflito palestino-israelense, é ensurdecedor. O Hamas é um grupo terrorista que opera com uma ideologia nazista. Teriam matado 5 mil, 10 mil, 1 milhão. O sonho do Hamas é replicar o Holocausto. O que mais as pessoas precisam ver, ouvir ou ler para concluir que isso não tem nada a ver com opiniões sobre Israel, com solidariedade com os palestinos civis, e com as legítimas aspirações dos palestinos?

LibSQL, our fork of SQLite that we use as a foundation for @tursodatabase have surpassed SQLite on number of stars on Github.

This is a vanity metric, sure. And there is still lots to do.

But it's the beginning of a great story.

The AWS CLI (v2.12.0+) can be used to create a tunnel to connect to RDS DBs now, but I created a tool that tries to make it more convenient.

1. Create EIC endpoint
2. Download tool
3. Run `rdsconn p`
4. Run `psql -h 127.0.0.1 ...`
