👉 The law is now knocking at the doors of power!

👉 The complainant's statement has been recorded before the Gurugram court under Section 183 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (formerly Section 164 of the CrPC). The statement reportedly names several senior Punjab Police officers.

👉 Meanwhile, in the alleged fake forensic report case linked to Bhagwant Mann's viral video, two senior Punjab Police officers are expected to be summoned for questioning. According to the investigating agency, if credible evidence emerges during the interrogation, arrests may also be made in accordance with the law.

👉 It is learnt that, in keeping with the legal procedure governing arrests and searches, summons will first be issued before any further action is taken. The investigation will proceed strictly in accordance with the law and the directions of the court.

👉ਇਸੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਕਥਿਤ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਫੋਰੈਂਸਿਕ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਲਈ ਸੰਮਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ, ਜੇ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਠੋਸ ਸਬੂਤ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।

👉ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸੰਮਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਅਪਣਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਲੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਦਾਲਤੀ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
