@Gothalion Started mid July with 105 kg (I am 185 cm), was 91 kg this morning. Goal: 85 kg. All this achieved with healthier diet: more veg, less fat, no sweets, eating less and moving everyday - biking 18 km to/from work or walking 1-2 hours min. @Gothalion inspired me to start this.
