Yes, high reps can be painful, but used at the right time, in the correct manner, they can be very beneficial. I'm not saying that 12 reps are essential all the time. But you should consider using higher reps occasionally. -Vince Gironda

1. Here's a thread on why he (and other old school icons) were so different than modern lifters and bodybuilders. A perfect example of why a white boy in motion must stay in motion (live an active, athletic daily lifestyle).
@Lethal_Vitality It’s funny because you’re right, and add to that the fact that Vince (and others) studied plenty. His high egg diet was “invented” after he discovered its usage with burn victims in hospitals.
@VesperMart41932@NICKELL11b@MAHA_Action Correct, and I believe it was spaghetti he typically used but I’m not sure on that part. Vince had a lot of diets he prescribed over many years depending on many factors. This was a popular (and very effective) one.
