In partnership with the Department of Health, we have published new National Physical Activity and Sedentary Behaviour guidelines for Ireland.
There will be a webinar on Tuesday, 12 March from 11:30 am to 12:45 pm to support the publication of the new guidelines.
During the webinar we will:
➡️ Share the new guidelines and key messages for public and professionals
➡️ Discuss the evidence and process for developing the guidelines
➡️ Explore the role that the guidelines can play in enabling more people to be more active, more often.
