Again @IRCTCofficial & @Central_Railway your service is going so pathetic on diwali time, I booked train 01021 CST to Aurangabad in special train PNR 8238838883 actual time of departure 00:20 so changed 04:00 but early morning I waiting for train but no any update

Day by day Indian Railways are going to a pathetic service base, I am travelling from Mumbai to Jaipur train no.12955 PNR number 8229814314. We are traveling in 3AC but feel like it's general class, no AC working properly and even almost double the crowd as per capacity.
