Pero ano nga ba ang persona non grata? Ito ay isang Latin term, which means “unwelcome person" or hindi kanais-nais na tao. Sa context ng Philippine local government, ito ay official resolution to basically announce na hindi katanggap-tanggap ang isang tao sa kanilang bayan dahil sa ginawa o sinabi nito. Fair enough.

Although it seems na "banned" ka na habambuhay, this is only symbolic and in a way, hindi ka rin talaga pwedeng pigilan bumalik sa lugar dahil sa ating constitutional right to travel.

In other words, “Galit kami sayo. Hindi tayo bati.” Pwede ka pa rin bumisita kung makapal mukha mo. 😝

Kaya kudos sa KMJS team dahil mabilis rin silang nag-explain ng side nila at nagsabi ng sorry.
