when you’re at a baseball tournament and you see the blacks cruising and hunting other squads’ areas it’s to see what they can steal. who has loose bats? cleats? they’ll grab a whole bag and flee. tournament officials find scrap areas (closed off and hidden) where they take their loot to strip it.
