I just wish that women were able to promote their works in the industry without the need to be tied to a man. When a PR relationship is the main marketing strategy to make someone famous and their work relevant,the industry only perpetuates misogyny and homophobia in our society.

@Robin_Volpi Love, I don’t know why you’re being so aggressive. I have nothing against Zoe and in my post I’m actually defending her. However, it’s wrong to say that she doesn’t need PR. No matter how much you like her or how famous she is. She still has a PR team behind her.

One of the biggest misconceptions when it comes to media literacy is that certain people don’t need PR because “they’re already famous”. PR isn’t just a service you hire to become famous; an artist needs PR to remain relevant, and shape and protect their image.

@Robin_Volpi I totally agree that she doesn’t need. She is talented and her team could use different PR strategies, much more interesting, so it’s a real shame that they’ve decided to go down that road with Harry, where she’s portrayed as “just” his girlfriend in pictures and articles.

@Robin_Volpi I know all that. But her team does think that she needs Harry and Harry’s team does think he needs her. It’s how the industry works, whether we like it or not. I say in my post that she’s super talented, I have nothing against her. My problem is with the system.

@sarab3llaxD she’s gay (I took a lot of time to study her work like I did with H&L and I see no other option 😅), but what she’s doing now is more about her own storytelling than anything else. Not money, not for exposure, as she doesn’t need that. It’s all about the story she wants to tell.
