Thank you Ms Offord for organising this informative and valuable Road Safety Talk, provided by the Fire Service, for Year 12. A good reminder to us all.
A lovely evening at the Performing Arts Award ceremony. Great to see our Sixth Formers celebrated for all their amazing talents and hard work. And what a wonderful opportunity to hear this trio sing!
Back from the Nurturing Bright Futures conference and digesting all the information from this thoroughly interesting event. A huge thank you @uniofeastanglia
Thank you to Mrs Williamson for the informative finance talk to Year 12 as part of Generation Next. Helpful to learn more about compound interest, pensions, and the Child Trust Fund. Looking forward to the next session.
Great morning at the UoS for the Anna Airy Award exhibition. Star winner Isaac! Runner up Zara! Our D.T. table pieces mentioned in the award speech as being exceptional. Plus alumna Morgan's piece in The Hold. A successful morning!
Thank you @EastBergholtHS for welcoming us at the Pathways event this evening. And to our students for their enthusiasm talking about what makes our Sixth Form so special.
Two jammed-packed days and one night in boarding for the induction to Sixth Form. Students made a film, a territory map, explored their futures, and got to know each other. So excited to be working with these students and seeing their journeys progress.
Two of our brilliant Alumni returned yesterday to talk to students about their degrees in Music and Architecture. Thank you to Lily & Caleb for inspiring us all with your stories & experiences. Great to hear of your successes as you continue your studies.
🥇A very special mention to Ines for competing at the @ISASportEast@ISAsportUK Athletics today with three gold medals! 🥇 Huge congratulations! 🎉 👏 @IpswichHigh
Year 13 had a lovely send off to study leave with their BBQ, rounders, and personalised sweets bags from the Heads of Prep and Prep Ambassadors. Thanks to everyone for making it a special afternoon.
So proud of one of our Sixth Formers who presents the Friday Request Show, visiting Colchester's Mersea Ward, talking to patients recovering from operations. She says: 'It's really rewarding to learn how much the patients love hearing their songs and talking about their memories'
It was great to hear Mrs Finch in the Year 6 assembly this morning talking about LAMDA through the whole school, inspiring the young pupils to progress to Sixth Form and convert their qualification to UCAS points. Well done to Lucy May for her distinction.
