@solassefa I agree with you 100% I run a small operation out of Addis. The new generation is better. I incentivize proactivity and fire the laggers quick. Over a long period of time the team is shaping up to be good. Still a struggle but I have some superstars now.

The issue is when you do it above your means and when you do it for the wrong reason aka to impress others.
