yes, as the leader he was often the one standing at the front but his heart was always turned toward the members behind him. he spent years making sure each member had their chance to be seen, to grow and to stand proudly in their own light. he carried burdens quietly, celebrated everyone’s achievements as if they were his own and found joy in watching the people he loves receive the recognition they deserve.

his light was never diminished by doing so. if anything, it became even more beautiful because the truest kind of leader is someone who doesn’t shine the brightest for himself, but someone who lights the way for everyone around him.
