Without Jesus Christ taking the full punishment for your sins you have zero entry way into Heaven. You cannot save yourself. If you rely on yourself you are relying on your wicked sinful nature to save you. It does not work that way. The one and ONLY entry way is through Jesus.
@johnnydarko91@kirawontmiss Your comment history reflects a person deeply insecure and hurting. You use pride as a defense mechanism to make yourself feel better than others because you don't like yourself. What happened in your childhood to make you like this? Would you like to unpack it?
One of the dumbest mistakes a human can make: Always trust authority. Always trust statistics. Ignore your observations. Dull your instincts. Neglect your intuition.
Do these 5 things and I promise you'll be a moron.
Every tool for independent information gathering available to us has its limits and is fallible. But it is better to trust what one sees than what one hears from another.
No issue is ever single faceted due to the interconnected nature of reality itself. Which means to truly understand the nature or implications of any problem, you must peel back multiple layers of casually linked issues.
The requirement? A new paradigm of observation.
The loudest song is heard by everyone, but the quiet song requires careful listening to hear the melody. Only when you turn down the former, do you hear the latter. What music is loudest in society right now? What is this meant to distract you from?
This isn't about music btw
Happiness stems from gratitude. Not gain. Which means pursuing what you want out of life is often times a self deception. To pursue what you need is vital. How do children act when their parents are pushovers who give them everything? Too many sweets gives you a stomachache.
The mitigation of foolishness fundamentally requires the observance of one's own cognitive states (metacognition) in order to identify bias, prejudice, and assumptive patterns that misframe or miscontextualize problems so one can reframe issues to prioritize relevance realization
He who reflects upon his own nature will learn to dissect the nature of others
He who represses his own nature will only project his nature onto others
We are all seeing the same things. The same knowledge is available to us all. Why do some grow more than others? Your lack of perception of your observations make your observations useless. Your lack of application of information makes your information a waste of time.
A common flaw of mankind is in the midst of their problems they fail to remember the solutions they've already learned. Life lessons become something to collect rather than something to recall and apply. When will you remember the answer when it counts?
If you're going to wield the sword, you ought to wield it with immense compassion. Otherwise, you'll succumb to your pride and become the villian you never knew you were. Applying mercy to yourself while lowering the guillotine upon others. The sword I speak of is your tongue.
The next time you meet someone who doesn't like you...just laugh. People will overlook an evil person simply because they're funny. Or they like their music. Those same people will hate a good person because they aren't very friendly. Human judgement is worthless and arbitrary.
This is a world where a person who's boldly kind will be seen as concealing ill intentions. Yet a person who's boldly hateful is seen as relatable. Or just joking. How backwards have we distorted our perceptions?
You should not have any conversation with any person at any time. This is unwise. Nor should you exclusively focus on the quality of information. Who you're speaking to is always of pivotal importance in productive discourse. Be mindful of he whose words contradict his heart.
The kindest person is the strongest person. Anger, bitterness, and hatred are often defense mechanisms that stem from fear and lack of emotional strength. It takes true bravery to be gentle and compassionate in a broken world.
Yes, this applies to men too.
