@EAHelp hi how can i get some actual help. went to ea and they force me to open a case but when I do, they close it and mark it as "fixed" when they haven't even done a thing to help me. I bought Apex Legends seasons 10 & 14 battle pass and still haven't received my skins!!

@snapchatsupport It's a multiple of errors! The app saves my login details as soon as I click login it says oops their was an error and the account is completely gone, if I enter the email and password it will just constantly say we coudnt credentials even resetting the password does nothing
