भारत मौसम विभाग में प्रमोशन शब्द सिर्फ Group-A officers के लिए existकरता है, SA's के लिए नहीं।इसलिए सभीscientists हर 3-4साल में प्रमोशन पा रहे हैं औरSA's को 20 साल से प्रमोशन नहीं मिला है
