The officer was swarmed and struck repeatedly, including with what appears to be a Roman Candle, in the chaotic scene in South Carolina. This kind of mob violence against law enforcement has become a recurring nightmare in these so-called takeovers.

Police are asking for the public’s help to identify everyone involved.

Attacks like this on officers who put their lives on the line every day cannot be tolerated. Every person in that mob needs to be found, charged as adults where possible, and held fully accountable.
