PITCHVERSE – Start-Up Idea Competition, an Inter-Institutional Hackathon and Idea Challenge, provided a dynamic platform for students to collaborate, ideate, and pitch innovative startup solutions. The event fostered creativity, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship.
A Bootcamp on Problem Solving and Ideation was held on 25th September 2025 at St. Teresa’s College, focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship by equipping participants with practical tools to generate ideas, analyze problems, and develop impactful solutions.
A Session on “Achieving Problem–Solution Fit” was held on 22nd September 2025 at St. Teresa’s College, focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship through identifying real-world problems, validating ideas, and aligning solutions with user needs and market demand.
An Awareness Workshop on “Entrepreneurship and Innovation as a Career Option” was held on 19th September 2025 at St. Teresa’s College, aiming to create awareness about entrepreneurial pathways, innovation-driven careers, and opportunities within the startup ecosystem.
INVENTIA – Best Student Innovator Competition, an Idea Showcase event centered on innovation, was held on September 12 at St. Teresa’s College, providing a vibrant platform for students to present creative ideas, problem-solving approaches, and innovative solutions.
An inspiring Expert Session by Successful Innovators & Entrepreneurs was held on 17th September 2025 at St. Teresa’s College, offering valuable insights into entrepreneurial journeys, innovation-driven growth, and real-world business leadership.
The Department of Management Studies organized a seminar on Basics of Intellectual Property Rights for Innovators and Entrepreneurs on 18th September 2025, fostering awareness on patents, copyrights, trademarks, and innovation-driven growth.
Dept of Economics conducted a field visit to Kerala Startup Mission, on 11/04/25, providing students hands-on exposure to entrepreneurship and innovation. The visit inspired creativity, leadership, and startup thinking through interactions with mentors and real-world experiences.
The Dept. of Management Studies hosted a National Seminar: B-Plan Pitch & Demo Day on 13 May 2025. Entrepreneurs Razin Rahman, Chandrashekar, and Bitu John Kallungal shared sustainable innovations, inspiring students to link business plans with SDGs and impactful entrepreneurship
The History Dept, with the Fourth Wave Foundation, on 3rd &4th April, held a workshop on “Raising Capital and Managing Finance for Startups.” Students learned funding strategies,explored how entrepreneurship&finance can drive social change through the Venda anti-narcotic project.
On 25 Aug 2025, a seminar on “Silk Mark and Silk Technology” marked National Silk Day, highlighting silk varieties, production, sustainability, innovation, and authentic silk identification and entrepreneurship with insights from Shri P. C. Johny, Central Silk Board.
