I didn't want to bring this up again, but I see that misinformation and distortions of facts continue to spread like wildfire and are being used to attack artists, so I'll explain again.

B never said that MC Mong and Chairman Cha are ‘closer to him than family’.
What he said is that thanks to the long-standing friendship between Chairman Cha's parents and his parents, he can therefore consider her a ‘family friend’, and by extension thanks to her father/parents who has known and been close to his parents for many years, they have developed a relationship that is “like that of a family”. I repeat, the close relationship was mentioned in reference to this, and that Mc Mong has nothing to do with this friendship, his name was never mentioned when discussing close ties.

Please note that the help in creating his agency (One Signature) did not come from Chairman Cha but rather from his father Cha Dae-you, who is a highly respected artist and university professor in Korea (so much so that he was elected president (이사장) of the Korean Artists’ Association (한국미술협회) in 2010, an important organization that represents Korean artists nationwide). It is he who Baekhyun relied on and asked for advice/help, not his daughter.

The working relationship with Chairman Cha was born, in addition to the friendship between the two families and consequently from the trust towards Cha Dae-you who has always been considered a serious and reliable person in the industry, only subsequently (after 1 year) by selling the shares to the agency that at the time offered the best conditions to a newborn agency like INB100 which, not having rookie artists but established artists, needed help to guarantee a certain production/quality of content and guarantee tours/world tours, and this agency was 100 of which Chairman Cha is co-founder and CEO (INB100 foundation date: June 23, 2023 / date of sale of some shares to 100: May 16, 2024). The only other 'working' relationship they are connected to is B's house which is part of the LANUVO complex of which Chairman Cha is the representative, which is why his name appears when his apartment is mentioned because it is directly connected not only to him but to anyone who has purchased an apartment in that complex (everything regarding this issue has already been explained several times and there are various posts and threads that explain everything in detail).

The way people refuse to use their brain is amazing.

All this while SM took no initiative to mediate the lawsuit filed by them against CBX in 2024, to which CBX countered by suing them back.

Only when the comeback was announced, SM agreed for mediation but they had no intentions to settle from the very beginning. SM knew if they don't settle and take it to court, they will have an excuse that since SM and CBX are in legal dispute with court hearings in process, SM can refuse the participation of CBX in upcoming Fanmeeting and Comeback.

Did the rest of EXO members know about this? Clearly not!
This sudden move made by SM at the last minute was done with the whole purpose of not letting CBX participate in future events, which was not known to the participating members.

SM is silent about this and provided no clarifications because they wanted all the blame to shift to CBX and make fans angry and question the participating members things like- how can you agree to do this without CBX, why did you lie to us about the whole group comeback, etc.

And this is exactly what you guys are doing right now. EXO themselves got played by SM, so are you really questioning the right people here?

So do not demand or expect any of them to say anything because that would be the violation of their contract. The consequences of violating the contract, just so you all can satisfy your egos, can be the members ending up paying millions of dollars in compensation to SM.

Learn how to comprehend the situation better and use that brain if you've got any.
