Guys don't hate me.. but yesterday i decided I'm starting recovery. it's hit my now my period is 200 days late that what im doing clearly isnt healthy, and i can't keep going like this. I just constantly keep binging and restricting.

Still recovering slowly.... AND im so bloated i want to jump AHHH but tbh im not letting it get to me. Send help but atleast ive been able to concentrate better in school lately. ive literally only been one twt once since going all in I MISS YALL :((
