The helicopter was flying near Reactor 4 on October 2, 1986, carrying out decontamination/construction work. While maneuvering near the reactor, its main rotor struck a cable from a nearby construction crane. The impact destroyed the rotor system, and the helicopter fell beside the reactor. It did not occur the morning after the explosion.

Here is an example of two exactly opposite narratives. Debate is healthy, but one has to be more correct than the other. Will time tell? One has to be closer to the truth than the other. Yes it should be a question. Nutritionally uneducated recipients waste it. I see it every day. You choose to be blind to the obvious. SNAP buys food dyes, sugars, liquid calories and worsens the health crisis. I have never seen a person use SNAP to buy lean proteins and vegetables.
