Additional points people miss
• The body is producing millions daily, regardless of sexual activity.
• Not ejaculating does not increase testosterone long-term.
• Frequent ejaculation does not cause weakness in healthy men.
• Occasional nocturnal emissions (wet dreams) are normal release mechanisms.
In short:
Your reproductive system runs on a continuous production and recycling cycle. It is biology, not mysticism.
People of Namibia 🇳🇦
Although they want a Person, close to 70 whose HIGHEST qualification is ONLY a diploma, to be the Chairperson of the Whole Public Service, the Actual Nomination by the President doesn’t exist in Parliament. They want to approve theoretical , hypothetical and imaginary nominations that doesn’t Factually exist in terms of Article 112 (3) of the Namibian Constitution! Oto Afraida Kaana komuBorni!
The amount the government pays to private facilities to treat patients are ridiculous. With the amount of money being spend we could have build a state of the art cancer centre. N
FATAL … Three people died in a road accident between Karibib and Usakos early on Wednesday morning (24 January). According to Sean Naude of the Namibia Marshall Rangers, a car was driving from Usakos when it overturned, allegedly after a tyre bust.
How exactly do things get to this stage in a relationship?… when is it safe to end it or to give someone a second chance after they lay a finger on you…
There is a very serious medical lesson here. Please come close and read this.
This man here is Ronald Coleman.
He is an American bodybuilder widely seen as the world’s greatest bodybuilder of all time. Maybe only Arnold Schwarzenegger comes close.
Ronald won the Mr Olympia title for eight years in a row- the greatest man ever to achieve such a feat.
Coleman won a plethora of prestigious titles, including the Canada Pro Cup 1995 and 1996,
He won Mr. Olympia for 8years in a row from 1998 to 2005, World Pro Championships 2000, Grand Prix Russia 2003 and more. He also earned the title of Bodybuilding GOAT (Greatest of all time) for having one of the best bodybuilding physiques in human history.
He had a very strenuous workout routine to keep his fitness- a routine which gave him incredible success in life and unfortunately later led to terrible injuries which now makes him almost paralysed today.
So how did all this happen?
In 1996, Coleman had a very rigorous terrific squatting routine that caused him to have a dislocated disc in the spine of his back.
Sadly he didn’t seek medical attention immediately, and this event sadly became the beginning of a crescendo of joint and bone problems that eventually changed his life forever.
He then developed a very serious spinal problem afterwards. Now alongside all of this, he severely injured his back, shoulder, hips, and neck due to the heavy rigorous weightlifting routines he was doing. He didn’t seek medical attention for many years until it was late.
Apart from doing excessive extreme bodybuilding routines, Ronnie has also admitted to using steroids and even discussed it on social media as well.
Now the problem with chronic excessive steroid use is that it eventually causes your bones to be weak, it will make your joints to wear and tear quite quickly- essentially while in the short term, steroids may make your muscles bigger as a bodybuilder, on the long run it will destroy your bones, your joints and wreck your life.
Coleman had so many surgeries- some report estimate about 13 surgeries- just to try and fix the many problems he developed.
He also had two hip replacement surgeries as well as many multiple different treatments just to treat the persistent continuous pain he had from the many years of weightlifting which had now damaged his intervertebral disks in his back.
Unfortunately for him, many of these surgeries, only worsened the injuries and his many health issues he was suffering from. He spent about 3million dollars on these botched surgeries.
It is a combination of many years of rigorous weightlifting and workout routines plus the many botched surgeries to fix the many problems he developed from the excessive weightlifting and workout routines that eventually ruined his mobility.
Today he can no longer walk on his own without any support and he uses a wheelchair. And he’s barely 60years old.
He still tries to gym till date.
This post is NOT to discourage you from going to the gym. This is however to make you informed about the dangers of excessive and strenuous gym routine, the use of drugs especially steroids to build muscles and the danger of ignoring your medical health for bodybuilding.
