Daedelus just released a mental health issue. I’m grateful to be among its authors and for the able, generous leadership of Arthur Kleinman bringing us together. The US deserves a better mental health system…. and democracy. How they connect, matters. https://t.co/zOLeUBP45z
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old,
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun, and in the morning,
We will remember them.

Intersectionality is a commonly used framework today, but it still remains elusive to many. However, our new video tries to make it a bit easier to understand. Based on the works of black feminist scholars such as Kimberlé Crenshaw and drawing inspiration from Olena Hankivsky's work, we have crafted this video to demystify how intersectionality can be applied in diverse disability communities. Eviance is a knowledge hub that is focused on cross-disability issues. We embrace intersectionality in all of the work we do.
