The way KAS officer Beenish is being abused by a senior IAS officer is shameful and deeply disturbing.

No human deserves such humiliation. Govt must hold the erring officer accountable as per the code of conduct and the code of ethics.

Also J&K’s failure to rationalise reservation has serious implications for the General Category and Kashmiri-speaking population in particular & this video is sneak -peak into that..

PS: This is not a fear of tomorrow anymore ; it is the reality unfolding, here & NOW, today. The future looks darker in absence of urgent policy correction. There will be no officers from General category left in a few years & marginalisation of KSP ethnicity is all but a certainty.

Why? Because it's easier to target a human being with a different skin colour or accent than to confront the actual economic forces changing your world?

And understand one thing clearly.
If an Indian refuses to engage with your racism, if they ignore your insults, if they choose not to respond to your hatred, it doesn't mean they lack a spine.

It means your hatred isn't worth their time.

Indians don't owe you an apology for being educated, ambitious, hardworking, successful, or simply existing.

Simple Solution to END Caste Discrimination
SC/ST students should refuse to be taught by non SC caste teachers. Govt should arrange for exclusive institutions for SC and ST students where only SC/ST teachers are appointed who will treat them with the love and care they deserve!

In a significant ruling on the 2023 Chhattisgarh teacher recruitment case, the High Court has declared the state's enhanced reservation policy, which exceeded the 50% ceiling limit and reached up to 84%, as unconstitutional!!

The recruitment was initiated under a 2023 advertisement.
