🚨🇺🇸 Alexandros Paporakis drove to a Hindu temple to kill Indians. His gun refused to fire.

19-year-old Alexandros Paporakis drove to the Sri Venkateswara Balaji Temple in Aurora, Illinois, armed with a modified AR-style rifle, 300 rounds of ammunition, and body armor.

He intended to kill as many Indian worshippers as possible during Navratri.

In his manifesto, he called Indians, Jews, and Black people “subhumans.” He told coworkers he “couldn’t wait to kill Indian people.”

The gun jammed. He drove home, searched how to fix it, and contacted a coworker. That tip led to his arrest before he could return.

Frustration over illegal immigration is real. People can and should debate border policy, crime, and the impact on communities.

But a plot to massacre people at a place of worship is never justified by anyone, for any reason.

Targeting civilians based on their identity is terrorism.

Thank you to the Palatine Police for stopping this.
