4-3 Even 6-1 might have the BEST Run Defense in all of #CollegeFootball27.

It's about as close to automatic as Run D gets.

You can get FREE defenders shooting inside runs while simultaneously sealing the edge against outside runs.

Against Shotgun:
1️⃣ Spread your D-Line
2️⃣ Call the Texas 4-Man Stunt

That's literally it.

You can play whatever coverage you want behind it and one or both Defensive Ends can shoot straight into the backfield.

Against Under Center:
1️⃣ Call Sam Will Blitz
2️⃣ Spread your D-Line
3️⃣ Call the Texas 4-Man Stunt
4️⃣ Move both blitzing Outside LBs roughly 5 yards outside the DEs

Now you're forcing the offense into a lose-lose situation.

Run inside and the stunt or Safety Run Fits can blow it up.

Run outside and the widened LB is sitting there waiting to make the tackle in the backfield.

The SAME basic setup also works against Pistol and heavy run sets.
✅ Free runners against inside runs
✅ Outside LBs seal the edge
✅ Safeties are involved in Run Fits
✅ Works against Shotgun, Under Center, Pistol and heavy sets
This is one of the easiest ways to completely shut down a run-heavy opponent.

Two things after TX tape:

1-Sark was actually really good all game just caught no breaks early. Bad bounce after bad bounce.
