Does anyone know why there are no Visa appointments available for UK residents. The earliest I can get an appointment is 8th December. On top the eVisa's are suspended. This is causing extreme hardship for Indians living in UK @DrSJaishankar @HCI_London @MEAIndia please HELP!

5 Months on from placing the order still no working phone line or broadband. Philip Jansen @BTGroup is this really acceptable for a customer to not have broadband after order has been placed for over 4 months. Pathetic, useless and totally incompetent. Mr Jansen emailing you now.

It is my favourite airline but I am seriously thinking not flying again due to this miserly allowance. Just FYI United offers a full flight browsing for a fixed fee but I would have to buy internet on Virgin plane 14 times during the flight to have the same experience. arggh!!!!

@VirginAtlantic @richardbranson Wifi on Virgin sucks, 150MB allowance for £14.99, whoever set this limit should be fired, if you expect a business class passenger to work that limit is gone by the time you have opened up outlook. 45 mins of web browsing on a 11 hour flight
