Hi @XfinitySupport my mother in law has had truly awful service for weeks. And the text outage thing is a perfect circle of hell As it is being worked on, we cannot get to a person(even when we ask for other services). She needs compensation and for it to be fixed right!

@USPS your phone system is not working. The only option for packages loops you to tracking. You cannot pick anything to report damage or theft. Fix it. And find my stuff that got stolen at one of your facilities.

We are all okay, though a little shaken! The burglars left with quite a lot of money but thankfully left most of the shop untouched.

Seriously not happy at @TMobile and Android. Forced update on my OS and now I can no longer bolus insulin from my phone. And they want me to download stupid irrelevant apps. It takes so long to get phone back to normal. Grrr
