@pmcafrica If the area being tiled is not too large you can get away with laying tiles without grouting gaps(needed for expansion). The fixing strategy is also okay as long as the base is well compacted and plumb if that is the requirement for the space being tiled.

@Arcfunmi I think we need batching plants in Nigeria to come up with a wider variety of products they can be delivered to site apart from only concrete. From ready mix to dry mix products delivered to the site in mixing tubs etc

@Abdullateefade1 In order to make them stronger they need a binder like banana leaf or trunk fiber, grass fiber, etc. We did a course on this while studying architecture at FUT minna back in the days. The Gbagyi people in Nigeria have advanced technology in fiber reinforced clay bricks.
