@kritikatwtss @amittanwani7 if it's mild URTI simple gargle works better but if it's severe, one need antibiotics but single antibiotic is sufficient.. nothing else..and u don't need to buy the specific brand u can buy generic medicines also with same composition that will cost even less ..
