I have been using @airtelindia for nearly 14 years, never faced this many issues with the network. The Internet not working, and the phone is always in a not reachable state. I got the new 5G plus SIM card, still, the problem is persistent. Still no solution 😔

When switching to a @reliancejio SIM everything works fine. When I visited your @airtelindia store, they told me my phone is outdated and I need to change my phone.
I am using @oneplus 7 and @Apple #iPhone 8.
Isn't this necessary to support your network?

@manavkumarrao @OlaElectric Your motor to MCU cable may be damaged or some sort of manufacturing defect with the cable. I also faced this issue earlier, later got it fixed.
