Next day I went to the Kurla station – scooters lined up on the footpath, over 200+ at a center meant for 20. Had to beg them just to check my scooter! Tired of explaining to 10 different execs from Ola Electric’s social media team. @OlaElectric @bhash #olaelectric

So, sharing my service center experience – it’s been pathetic! Just to check my scooter, they said "open a job card & leave your scooter", with a minimum 40-day waiting period! This is despite paying extra for Ola Care Plus for doorstep service! Total failure.

I traveled 32.4 kms to the Thane service center & scooters were piled up like garbage. 40 days waiting & no one properly attending customers. The service is non-existent. @OlaElectric @bhash #olaelectric

@OlaElectric @bhash the service station is running short of spare parts. Had called a technician. And still no update on my scooters service even after having Ola Care Plus. Stop launching new vehicles and focus on old ones. @BandBajaateRaho

@OlaElectric is one of the biggest scam company where if your any part if being damaged, they won’t repair it. They will say that we are advised not to repair it. So please buy a new one which is expensive.
