🇦🇹: In diesem Post stellen wir euch die einzelnen Komponenten unseres CanSats etwas näher vor. Da mit dem Gassensor BME680 die Daten der Primärmission und große Teile der Sekundärmission aufgenommen werden, wurde dieser Sensor für erhöhte Redundanz zweifach eingebaut. (1/4)

🇬🇧: In this post we will introduce you to the individual components of our CanSat. Since the data of the primary mission and large parts of the secondary mission are recorded with the gas sensor BME680, this sensor was installed in duplicate for increased redundancy. (3/4)

Based on them, the layouts are created with which the PCBs can then be manufactured. The last step is the assembly in which all components are soldered on and assembled. (4/4)

Update: Die Anteile der Bewertungskriterien wurden mittlerweile etwas abgeändert und sind nun: Wissenschaftlicher Wert 35%, Technische Kompetenz und Leistung 35%, Professionalität und Teamkompetenz 20%, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit 10%

On the right side of the ground station is also the exit for the cable of the directional radio antenna and the compartment for the batteries. The microSD card can be removed via a door on the left side. (4/4)

The power management includes a dual voltage conversion, voltage measurements and current measurement. (7/x)
