@VexstacyArt I mean, most of the pictures we do take 2-5 hours to compete. If it's any significant time we modify it, hence the minimum.

The point is, involving the customer in a higher degree can deal with a lot of these problems.

@VexstacyArt We rarely have an issue negotiating a new deadline. We have never once had to provide a refund to a customer for a deadline failure.

Communicating and making the customer a tangible part of the deadline decision is such a useful tool, even if you had the conversation.

@VexstacyArt Two weeks is a small amount of time. It also gives the customer the feeling of having tangible control, cause they have tangible control. They choose if you get an extension.

We rarely deal with pestering customers, and when something happens and we can't meet the deadline...
