And so will I.
Alone.
With what I said.
With what I stayed silent about.

That’s why I speak.
That’s why I fight extremism.
Not for fame. Not for applause.
But because I fear meeting my Lord with cowardice in my book.

Extremism is a disease.
It dresses like piety, but it poisons everything.
It shouts Allah’s name and forgets His mercy.

If I stay quiet to be loved, what will I say when the angels question me?

I fear that moment more than I fear hate.
More than I fear backlash.
More than I fear standing alone.

Because in that grave, it will just be me, my truth, and my Lord.

Today,

-Eat at least 2 -3 eggs

-Drink enough water.

-Skip breakfast, Do intermittent Fasting.

-Change your underwear before leaving the house, Most of our men repeat 1 boxer every week. Not hygienic bro!

-Exercise.

-Eat fruits.

-Vitamin D(Sunlight)

-Add Onion, Garlic and Tomato to your meal, I.e after your fasting.

-Avoid Sodas, Alcohol and sugar.

-Pray.

-No smoking.

-Avoid trouble.

-No carrying of OS.!
