@RetroJeff83 I paid for via PayPal…almost 3 years ago. Lol. I think I’m SOL.

@RetroRGB hey Bob, been following you for quite sometime and met you at retro world expo a few years back in '24. I just wanted to reach out about the custom Xbox shells that were sold on Retro Game Restore's website back in 2023. I pre-ordered as soon as those went live.

[Izzarabian83 @ikhalil83]

@RetroJeff83 You think it’s worth attempting a chargeback?

[Izzarabian83 @ikhalil83]

@RetroJeff83 Yes I do recall coming across that thread and this one as well https://t.co/M7uC021rna, both of which made me want to reach out and see what was going on. Looks like we all got got.

[Izzarabian83 @ikhalil83]

@RetroJeff83 That’s incredibly unfortunate, dishonest and sleazy if true. Seems to be the case here. I was really looking forward to the transparent orange shell as well for a long planned Xbox restoration.

[Izzarabian83 @ikhalil83]

@RetroJeff83 I paid 150$ as well for the Xbox shell. @RetroRGB mentioned he was supposed to provide a public update but that was well over a week and a half ago with nothing since then. It’s seemingly increasingly unlikely we will get what we paid for in good faith.

[Izzarabian83 @ikhalil83]

@RetroJeff83 That seems to be the case here. I don’t think I will be ordering from him ever again. I’ve written to him a total of four times and he read my first message and ignored me completely as well as all other messages I sent inquiring about an order update.

[Izzarabian83 @ikhalil83]

I’d appreciate any insight you have on this. Thanks for all you do in the retro community and all the content you provide. Sorry for the long post. Would have sent a DM if I could.

[Izzarabian83 @ikhalil83]

I only inquired about a product update and not a refund but now that’s it’s been this long and with his avoiding communication, do you think these are ever going to release? Or should we should go about getting a refund? He seems to be ignoring all communication.

[Izzarabian83 @ikhalil83]

@RSDCDN They are pricier but worth it, especially if you have bigger hands and want a more solid feeling mouse. Great feature set and for work as well as casual gaming, not for competitive use however. Some of the best mice I own. The 4 is out as well.

@beast1x5 Of course bro. Haha.

[Izzarabian83 @ikhalil83]

@beast1x5 What’s the name of that Simple 2000 title? Been looking at them lately.

@beast1x5 Feel like the PSN only release is a gauge for interest. Hopefully enough people buy so we can see proper releases across all platforms and maybe even….gasp….a new game.
