I called the CFPB one time to get clarification on a loan I was working and they said they can’t give legal advice which I reminded them I’m just asking to make sure I was in compliance and they would not tell me.

The CFPB would not have prevented the crash because it was allowed by the government at that time.

Sometimes we need to question the laws on the books to make sure we are following them the way they were meant to be followed. We need this bad.
