The CBI alleges that Rs 504 crore of public money from eight Haryana government departments was diverted into chosen branches of two private banks.
Six IAS officers are named among 19 accused in the chargesheet.

These are the CBI's allegations, and the courts must decide. But look at whose money it is.

The Tribune reports that the funds include money of the Development and Panchayats department under the Mukhya Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana 2.0, the rural housing scheme.
One of the accused officers was Additional Principal Secretary to Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini.

🚨BIG BREAKING : Bombay High Court launches surgical strike on Dictator ECI🔥

The Bombay High Court at Goa has said what millions of voters have been feeling : the Election Commission's SIR cannot suspend the Representation of the People Act.

In its words, ECI's own order says "the system has rejected" the voter's Form 8, and the officer was "helpless."

The bench asked ECI : "Show us from the Act what empowers you to delete without hearing?"
It said "the ERO must have the key to the software...
it cannot be with a third person."
It also said a draft roll cannot be the basis for deleting a name, and that a voter who gave Form 8 "was never a new voter, he was an existing voter.
He became new for your system."

Then the line that should shake every Indian : "We are wondering how many more there are who have not come to court."

Bro, imagine your child's transfer certificate is rejected by the school portal.
The clerk says the system won't accept it, so apply as a fresh Class 1 student and write that he has never studied.
