@KING_Azam56@bhogleharsha You clearly did not get it. He is not referring to the win/loss count. The way the ball was swinging, Pakistan were lucky (or rather handled the phase well) to only be 14 for 1 down at the time.
@Cleartrip@AmericanAir can you please verify this claim? Your service agents repeatedly say open ticket already issued to @Cleartrip , but they keep blaming the airline. I can provide additional details by DM if you could PLEASE help.
@Cleartrip@MoCA_GoI - how are companies like @Cleartrip allowed to dupe so many people with no consequences? Ours is not an isolated case, seems to be how they operate. Keep blaming airlines for months when open ticket is already issued to them. Please advise.
@Cleartrip What exactly are you waiting on from the airline? They have already issued an open ticket!! Let's make it simple - please process a full refund as you are unable to figure something so basic out.
@MonikaKoranga@Cleartrip @airindiain You are clearly not alone...
Just seems to be the way @Cleartrip operates. Same issue ongoing for WEEKS now.

@Cleartrip The airline has REPEATEDLY said they've already sent necessary information to you. How hard is it to pick up the phone and resolve it directly with them?

@Cleartrip Reminder that you have still done NOTHING to help. You already have our money, but rescheduling a flight has been stuck for weeks. PATHETIC service to say the least. If you are incapable of such simple services, then why not a full refund so that we go with more competent option
@Cleartrip This is STILL not resolved. We got a "priority" case number (13678226) a WEEK back and still nothing. When you have our money, what is the hold up in just helping us re-book a flight? What sort of scam are you all running?
Don't ask me to DM again if you are unable to help.
@robelinda2 It's one mighty feat to just have such a huge archive, but on top of that how do you manage to find the right clips with very little information? Really curious.
