@Paul_L_OBrien It really is such a cruel, uncompromising illness. I lost my mum to it 2 weeks ago but in reality, she was stolen from us when she was diagnosed 3 years back.

@MartinSLewis I'm on my second failed electric smart meter. I have complained already @ScottishPower but I'm getting nowhere fast. Complained to the energy ombudsman on my first meter. It took 18 months from it breaking to it being replaced. Looks like I'll be doing the same again. Useless!
