Hmm, bought a bread machine from @JohnLewisRetail that caught on fire when I plugged it in.

Was told I could have an exchange sent to my local Waitrose.

They accidentally sent it to a John Lewis an hours drive away. I said I couldn’t get there and could they send it to me.
