@JamieJones7991 @Orpheus79@neocores@blushbun_@virginmedia yes but regardless if it’s stated to you on a call or not and you have it recorded, if you have agreed to the t&cs, in terms of law that is what will be followed, so at this point you’re chatting out your arse. let people have their opinion about a supplier THEY pay for.
@JamieJones7991 @Orpheus79@neocores@blushbun_@virginmedia different broadband suppliers have different contracts/termination requirements. it also states in the virgins t&cs that they have the right to change the tariffs you’re placed on when opening a contract with them dependant on the usage in your area and/or city
@JamieJones7991 @Orpheus79@neocores@blushbun_@virginmedia considering there t&cs haven’t been renewed since like 2016. clearly states if you leave mid contract, you will be billed the the remainder of the contract in full, plus termination charges for each individual service and your 30 day notice period, stay quiet next time.
@JamieJones7991 @Orpheus79@neocores@blushbun_@virginmedia you don’t have a clue what you’re talking about, i deal with virgin contracts on a daily basis, if you leave a contract without exceeding the set contract time you’re going to be charged
