EXCLUSIVE: Senate CCTV footage shows former Zaldy Co bodyguard Orly Guteza being fetched by an alleged staff member of Sen. Rodante Marcoleta after arriving at the Senate.

Guteza was taken straight to Marcoleta’s office, where he stayed for 19 minutes before testifying before the Blue Ribbon Committee on September 25, 2025.

In a new affidavit dated August 13, 2026, Guteza said he handed Marcoleta four notarized copies of an affidavit and was repeatedly told that his testimony was voluntary and that he should focus only on what was written in the document.
