@Minted order number 589131720 - 18 DAYS and counting. I no longer believe that production had even begun on these cards when you informed me of the delay in delivery, nor do I believe they are under production now as the date keeps being postponed every day.  #unacceptable

@Minted Why does it require so much time for your own team to get an internal update? 8 hours later and no one even knows if my cards have been printed, much less when they will be delivered. Over 3 weeks to produce cards with no end in sight? What kind of operation is this @mnaficy?

@Minted @mnaficy Still no concrete status report (i.e., project started, halfway complete, almost complete, etc.) and consequently no clear delivery date. My account has already postponed my delivery date several times...and now it says 12/15. Can I rely on this?

@Minted I have been contacted, but not yet helped. Gina called this morning and said she would call Minted production and would let me know 1) if these cards were being made and their status, and 2) when they would arrive. I am still waiting to hear back and would appreciate an update.

@Minted I have exchanged countless emails with your team --all form generated and devoid of information, promising to monitor the situation--the latest at 8:20 am this morning. Why can't you give people a straight answer? When will my cards arrive? Why accept orders you can't fulfill?

@Minted order number 589131720: I have sent 7 emails and calls only to be strung along with no clear response. There was only one response promising delivery by 12/13-- didn't happen. Never encountered such professionalism and integrity issues in any vendor. #minted

Due 12/10 has been further delayed to 12/15 and the order IS STILL IN PRODUCTION. I have used Minted for a decade and it has never taken more than 5-6 days between the date of older placed and the date of order shipped. Today is Day 18.
